Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, customers must contact us first at dygoldjewelryllc@gmail.com with the order number and reason for return.

All items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original condition.
All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.

Customized, worn, or damaged jewelry items are not eligible for return.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
