Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Domestic shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

All orders are shipped with tracking information.
Signature confirmation is required for high-value jewelry items.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dygoldjewelryllc@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging.
We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. A replacement or resolution will be offered based on the carrier’s insurance decision.

Once a package is marked as delivered with tracking and signature confirmation, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
